At IVS, we are always striving to provide the best user
experience possible for our customers. To do this, we’ve been hard at work
building new features and improvements for our newest version: VALT V5.2.
The VALT 5.2 upgrade will include the highlights below and
many more additions, changes and optimizations.
- HTML5 for Live Video: Every video, whether being observed live or reviewed at a later date, now uses HTML5 instead of Flash.
- Evaluation Templates: Transform any existing assessment or evaluation form into real-time data fields captured alongside your VALT video. Data can be scored, searched and exported.
- New Report Options: Users are now able to create reports based on video observation hours and the new evaluation feature.
- New Playback Speeds: 1/8x, 1/4x, 1/2x, 2/3x, 1.5x, 2x, 4x, 8x playback speeds have been added to allow users to review videos at the speed they wish.
VALT 5.2 will be released in the next couple weeks so be
sure to check back for additional information including release notes for this
new version.
