Milwaukee, WI – [10/30/2024] – Intelligent Video Solutions (IVS) is excited to announce its participation in the International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare (IMSH) 2025, taking place in Orlando, Florida. The event, renowned for gathering simulation technicians, operations specialists, and healthcare educators from around the globe, provides an ideal platform for IVS to exhibit its cutting-edge video simulation observation software.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of IMSH, a milestone that celebrates its legacy of advancing simulation in healthcare education and research. Throughout the past quarter-century, IMSH has played a pivotal role in connecting professionals and fostering innovation in the field.
IVS will be featuring, the Video Audio Learning Tool (VALT), designed to enhance the educational experiences of students, instructors, and administrators within healthcare simulation labs. VALT facilitates improved simulation outcomes through features such as multi-room observation, custom assessment templates, and advanced feedback mechanisms during debriefing sessions. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore how VALT can transform their simulation practices by providing detailed insights and enhancing learning opportunities.
Learn how our customers are using VALT to better serve their outcomes during these presentations at IMSH 2025.
- Learning Lab - Sunday, January 12 at 11:00 AM ET – “The Power of Video in Healthcare Simulation,” presented by Carley Buisman, MS, CHSE, Manager, Integrated Center for Education, Bellin and Gundersen Health System
- Hands-On Workshop – Monday, January 13 at 2:00 PM ET – “Designing Healthcare Simulation Beyond Traditional Boundaries,” presented by Jill Sand, MEd, RRT, Dean of Health Sciences, Southeast Community College.
In addition to VALT, IVS will present the ROAM camera cart, which offers flexible video capture capabilities for immersive simulation scenarios. With options for network and power connectivity, and choices between PTZ and tablet cameras, ROAM ensures customizable views tailored to specific educational needs. Complementing the suite is BEAM, a mobile video streaming app that turns smartphones into wireless cameras, seamlessly integrating with VALT for comprehensive recording and annotation functionalities.
"IVS is passionate about advancing healthcare education through innovative video technology," said IVS Director of Marketing Engagement - Carrie Rhoads. "We are thrilled to engage with healthcare educators and professionals at IMSH 2025, showcasing how our solutions can drive better simulation outcomes."
