Company Update from CEO of IVS
I want to provide you with a quick update regarding IVS and our on-going support and operations.
First and foremost, from the team at IVS, we hope that you and your families are well and safe! Our thoughts and prayers are with each one of you!
IVS continues to operate servicing our customers from both a sales and support perspective. Most of our team is working remote from their homes as we have in place a “safe at home” order in Wisconsin. We are offering customers, who have the time and capacity, free health checks on their VALT servers and additional end user and administrative training. If you would like to take advantage of these services, please book a session here.
From an orders fulfillment perspective, we continue to fill new orders. Our key suppliers are operating as critical IT infrastructure is deemed an essential business by Homeland Security and our state and local governments.
Many of our customers have elected to postpone their physical installations of new systems as their resources have constricted. We stand at the ready with our installation technicians and engineers to provide the installation services to those essential businesses who deem installation necessary or have been given clearance from our federal, state and local governments.
Lastly, I would like to thank all our customers for the continued adoption of VALT in helping to observe, record and manage critical video content and assets. This continued support has helped IVS achieve 8 years of consecutive growth and profitability and as a result we remain strong financially and are positioned to serve you both now and into the future.
