We’re happy to announce that the latest release of our flagship video software application is available as of Friday (July 1st)! Version 4.0 has been released and we’ve added a bunch of great new features. Here are just a few of the major items that we’ve added:
Automated Updates: All future updates will be deployed as zipped files that can be uploaded and applied directly from the admin client interface.
DVI Encoder Support: We have added support for the Epiphan VGA Broadcaster device. This integration makes brining in laptop / projector signals into our application for streaming / recording easier than ever.
Enhanced User Rights: We have expanded our user permission options. We now have the ability to restrict / allow access to the system only during certain days & times, we can also set expiration dates for Users & Groups.
Customized Search Display: You now have the ability to modify the search column headers to make sure the most important information is the most visible, we have also added a thumbnail view for your video search results.
Enhanced LDAP Integration: With this version we can now automated the user imports we have also simplified the manual ldap user import process so non technical users can add and manage users when LDAP is enabled.
